Returns
Prior to making a purchase it is important that you read through this page. When an order is placed, it is fulfilled directly by our drop shipper. This means we do not keep goods in stock but orders go directly to the manufacturer. As a result we unfortunately cannot accept returns for our goods. Each one is essentially a custom order. So ordering the correct size is crucial, for this reason we've included size guides with each apparel item.
If a product ever arrives damaged or with an error, don't hesitate to reach out as a replacement can be sent, but only if the claims are submitted within 25 days after the product has been received. We do require an image of the damaged product, which we then submit to our manufacturer.
The return address is set by default to our drop shipping facility - it is important you use this address to make sure it gets returned to the right place.
Customs Fees
Please note that in some cases you may be responsible for customs / import fees. We are unfortunately unable to predict what those may be.
Cancelled Orders
If you decide you need to cancel an order and it's within our ability (the items have not yet been custom printed) we’re happy to issue a refund, however we may not be able to refund the fees charged to us for payment processing. Thanks for understanding!
What To Do When An Order Doesn't Look Right
Most of our items are printed by our manufacturer and sent directly to you. This means we don't see the item before it ships out, and occasionally an error can be made by them. If you are unhappy with the print please take a photo of the item as soon as you receive it, contact us and we will make it right!
International Shipping
Thank you so much for supporting the Who Shat Shop, we appreciate all of you and we’re happy to be able to fulfil orders across the world. Please know that our site uses flat shipping rates so you get no nasty surprises upon checkout. However, you may be responsible for customs fees and we have no way of predicting what those may be. You may also experience a longer wait for your order to arrive. Each product is a custom order created in different printing centres across the world, and then has to ship to you - we have shared estimated shipping times for a handful of countries under each item description so you know what to expect.

Please note our manufacturer doesn’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, The Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea.
Lost Packages
In the rare case that you suspect your package has been lost it is important that you contact us no later than 25 days from the estimated delivery date. Within that window our manufacturer will typically send a replacement out.
Why Did I Only Receive Part Of My Order?
A lot of our items are fulfilled in different countries, so if you ordered multiple items they likely will arrive as separate packages. Everything is done to minimise shipping costs and we use recycled and recyclable shipping materials wherever we can. Additionally in some cases shipping can’t be combined due to the shape or packaging requirements of an item.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or if the shipment is unclaimed, your package will be returned to our manufacturer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Printful & Who Shat On the Floor At My wedding reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
